CHARACTERISTICS
This Saffron is produced by hand, it is made following a harvest protocol,
peeling and toasted strands made by the group. This guarantees a spice of the highest quality, and that each producer sells his Saffron, of identical
quality to that of the group.
HOW IS IT USED?
Crush the dry strands with a mortar and then dissolve in a few cc. of hot water. Then it is added to the recipe a few minutes before turning off the heat. The culinary use is very wide: stews, meats, fish, shellfish, eggs, sauces, rice, noodles, vegetables and infusions.
PERFORMANCE
– In meals it is used between 0.01 and 0.02 grams per person.
– A dose of 0.25 g is enough for 10 servings.
