Our olive oil is obtained from selected olives from our own farms and from third parties in the southern area of the Province of Mendoza, which allows us to obtain a high quality extra virgin olive oil with an average acidity of less than 0.5.
It is a blend made from a special selection of 6 varieties of olives: Arbequina, Arauco, Empeltre, Farga, Frantoio and Picual.
Our oil, which has a characteristic flavor that customers appreciate, is a balanced, aromatic and pleasant oil, with a pleasant bitterness and sustained spiciness that affirms the personality of the product.
It is ideal both for seasoning salads, dressing semi-hard and hard cheeses, making preserves, finishing cooking rice and pasta, as well as enhancing the final result of any dish.
